About the team

The Retail Team is responsible for direct, in-person contact with customers at noo.ma’s flagship store. Every day they support visitors in discovering our products, offering advice on design and functionality, and ensuring the purchasing process is smooth and enjoyable. They create the very first impression in the showroom, build lasting relationships with the local community, and deliver an experience that reflects noo.ma’s values and aesthetic.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

  • Passionate about design and interiors, eager to share inspiration with customers and contribute to creating memorable in-store experiences.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally within premium, lifestyle, or design-oriented brands.
  • Customer-focused mindset — proactive, attentive, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborative team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and energetic store atmosphere.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to daily tasks such as sales support, merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Good communication skills in German and English, comfortable engaging with diverse customers and assisting in a dynamic team environment.

A strong plus would be:

  • Previous experience in interior design or visual merchandising, bringing valuable expertise to enhance the in-store customer experience.

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing attentive service, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and inspired.
  • Support the sales process by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable products and solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining store standards — from visual merchandising and cleanliness to ensuring stock is well-presented and replenished.
  • Contribute to team success by collaborating closely with colleagues, supporting daily tasks, and fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Handle operational tasks such as processing sales, managing transactions, and ensuring accuracy at the cash desk.
  • Support community engagement by helping organize and execute in-store events, collaborations, and activities.
  • Uphold brand values by consistently delivering high service quality and ensuring the store atmosphere reflects the company’s identity.
